Refund policy
We’re so glad you’re shopping with with Hue 💙 Every shade tells your story, and we want your experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. Please read our policies carefully to know how we process, ship, and handle returns.
1. Processing
Once we receive your order, please allow 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Processing time is separate from the shipping time it takes for your order to reach you.

After your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Your tracking number will update once your order is booked for pickup by our courier partner.
2. Purchasing
We always try to keep our inventory updated. However, sometimes items in your cart may go out of stock.

If any item is unavailable, we’ll contact you via phone and email.

At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method and view its cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available with an additional ₹100 fee

3. Shipping

Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days for domestic orders.

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate (street numbers, abbreviations, building/apartment details, etc.) to avoid delays.

with Hue is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect, or misplaced packages. Once an order leaves our facility and is with the courier, it is beyond our control.
4. Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love every shade you wear. If you’d like to exchange or return an item, please read below:

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Headwear, accessories, and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges

Place an exchange request via our Exchange/Return Portal.

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup.

Once items pass quality check, your requested size/style will be dispatched.
Note: Items once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
Returns

Place a return request via our Exchange/Return Portal.

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup.

Once quality check is cleared:

Prepaid Orders → Refund to your original payment method or store credits (5–7 business days for bank refunds; instant for store credits).

COD Orders → Refund will be issued as store credits only.

A restocking and logistics fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund.
Important Notes

Items that are worn, damaged, or without tags will be rejected and returned back to you.

For defective or incorrect products, please raise a request within 3 days of delivery.
5. Bundled Purchases

Returns → Entire bundle must be returned together. Individual items cannot be returned separately.

Exchanges → You may exchange one or more items from a bundle without returning the entire bundle.
6. Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email us at wecare@withhue.com with your Order ID.

Cancellation fee applies:

If processed but not shipped → ₹50

If delivery attempt made → ₹100

Orders placed during SALE events (e.g., End of Season, Birthday Sale, etc.) cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
